Bucket Pitted “Cultivar Taggiasca” Olives in extra virgin olive oil 3 kg or 7 kg

Selected “Cultivar Taggiasca” quality olives coming exclusively from the hinterland of the Ponente Ligure pitted and preserved in excellent extra virgin olive oil. Ideal, thanks to its small size, to enrich sauces and meat and fish dishes.

Description

The “Cultivar Taggiasca” variety have little dimensions with elongated shape and iridescent color. This variety of olives, typical of West Liguria, is cultivated in limited quantity and it’s unique in the category, thanks to perfect combination of soil, water and clime. After the harvest, the “Cultivar Taggiasca” olives are preserved one year in brine composed of water, salt, potherbs and natural flavors. They are then pitted with a special processing process and packaged in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
